If you’re looking to get started for the first time, either long term or just as a way of exercising whilst you’re chilling out on Koh Tao, you need to check out our On Ramp course. Split in to 2 core classes (or 3 if needed) you will be taught the foundation movements which make up our program.
With small class sizes you will get hands on instruction from our coaches to make sure that you are confident with the movements, efficiently, working safely and taking in to consideration any injuries or mobility issues, helping you work at your own pace. Once you’ve finished the On Ramp course you can jump in to the regular CrossFit classes.
If you want to spend additional time working on key movements you can opt for some additional personal training to develop your skills. Even when attending the regular classes, our coaches will still be there coaching you and making sure you improve and get better daily. We understand that getting in to the world of gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting can be a little bit daunting, but don’t worry as we were all beginners once.
Our coaches will always help you scale the movements so that you can workout safely and effectively to the level of your ability. The On Ramp course is included in any monthly membership or can be booked as a separate course for 600B per class.
