  • KTC is open every day from 9am until 7.45pm, except Sunday when we are open from 10am to 6pm for open gym only. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we also have a 7am regular class.
  • On Ramp classes are for anyone who hasn’t done CrossFit before. You will attend a minimum of 2 classes and a maximum of 3 to make sure you are ready to join the daily WODs
  • Personal Training is available on request; please email us for more information and price details.
  • At Open Gym times, you can use the space we have for other things: dancing, breakdancing, gymnastics, Olympic lifting, jiu jitsu… Just pay the drop in fee and get creative!
