Whether you are a local on Koh Tao, travelling through for a few days or looking to stay here for a little while, you are more than welcome to come and train with us at KTC. We offer a variety of different classes to either get you started, give you a taste of CrossFit, or give you your daily WOD fix!
All of our coaches are able to help you scale a workout as needed, so there is no ‘base’ level of fitness needed to come and train with us. With up to 5 classes a day, and open gym training, there is bound to be something right for you.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter and have been doing CrossFit for at least a month you are more than welcome to drop in to any of our regular CrossFit Classes. If you have never tried CrossFit, but are looking for a good workout whilst on Koh Tao, you can give our On Ramp classes a go. During these classes our coaches will go back to the basics to make sure you learn good form from the beginning. The On Ramp will have you ready to join the normal classes in no time!
