If you’re looking to get started with CrossFit, either long term or just as a way of exercising whilst you’re chilling out on Koh Tao, you need to check out our On Ramp course.

Split in to 2 core classes (or 3 if needed) you will be taught the foundation movements which make up the CrossFit program. With small class sizes you will get hands on instruction from our coaches to make sure that you are confident with the movements, efficiently, working safely and taking in to consideration any injuries or mobility issues, helping you work at your own pace.

With each session lasting one hour we will take you through a warm up, key movements and skills and finishing with a WOD, or workout of the day, so you can put these moves in to practice.

Once you’ve finished the On Ramp course you can jump in to the main CrossFit WODs. If you want to spend additional time working on key movements you can practice these during open gym sessions, or opt for some additional personal training to develop your skills.

We understand that getting in to CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting can be a little bit daunting, but don’t worry as we were all beginners once. When you are ready to get stuck in to the main WODs our coaches will help you scale the movements so that you can workout safely and effectively.

The On Ramp course is included in any monthly membership or can be booked as a separate course for 600B per class – Rates.
