From Monday 25th August we will be running more CrossFit Foundations and Yoga classes! Foundations is perfect for anyone wanting a great workout but hasn’t tried CrossFit before. Message us or pop in to reserve your place. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11.30am Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10.15am Yoga is hugely beneficial for working on those tight muscles and mobility issues. Running everday night from 8-9pm this will really help with those mid-week aches! Yoga is 150 baht per member, and 250 baht for non members.
