    New yoga timetable from this week – to help make your paddleboard back bends even better 🙂

    Yoga is now at 7.45pm – 8.45pm, every night from Monday until Friday with no class on Saturday. That means you can officially lie down for 15 minutes at the end of your 7.30pm work out and just tell us you are in savasana… via Koh Tao CrossFit http://ift.tt/XKllQt
