    So it’s September already and our goal board is looking pretty empty! I know you’re all awesome but there has to be something you’d like to hit this month… (no comments about hitting me please, or hitting the bar!)
    Please spend some time this week to write up one goal and one weak point to work on, making sure that it’s something you can easily measure – hitting a new weight PR, mastering a gymnastic move or getting from 10 reps of something up to 20.
