    New timetable starting next week!! Starting from Monday 15th June we have some exciting new options for you all:

    ** NEW B.E.A.S.T bootcamp classes starting, running every day at 11.30am and every Wednesday at 6.45pm. 300B per class including access to Open Gym training from 12.30pm until 5pm on the same day. No CrossFit experience needed, so if you want a great workout and a bit of fun come and give it a try!
    ** Open Gym training between 7.15am and 8.45am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
    ** Thursday WOD sessions are back on!
