To meet demand for varied functional movement for everybody we’ve designed a ‘bootcamp’ style class to accommodate people looking for a conditioning style program based primarily on body weight movements, with no barbell lifting or advanced gymnastics involved.

No on-ramp is required for this class as all movements will be universally scalable and one of our internationally certified trainers will be conducting and overseeing every aspect of the class from warm up and preparation to our class specific stretching and mobility cool down sessions.

BodyFIT drop in session will be 300 THB per session or you can enjoy our 5 pass for only 1,200THB. Monthly unlimited packages for BodyFIT will also be available and anyone holding an unlimited membership for CrossFit may also join any BodyFIT class too as another membership perk (have a look at our schedule and prices)
